TEES REEF AQUATICS LIMITED trading as Tees Reef cannot accept responsibility for livestock losses caused by unsuitable aquarium conditions, incorrect care, poor acclimation or incompatibility with existing livestock.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and TEES REEF AQUATICS LIMITED is formed when:

  • Payment has been received.
  • Availability has been confirmed.
  • We have accepted and processed your order.

Live marine livestock purchases are covered by our Livestock DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy.

If livestock arrives deceased, customers must follow the reporting requirements and timeframe stated within that policy.

  • Videos.
  • Packaging details.
  • Order information.

The DOA policy does not cover losses caused after delivery by:

  • Incorrect acclimation.
  • Poor water quality.
  • Incorrect aquarium conditions.
  • Incompatible tank mates.
  • Failure to follow care instructions.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to animal welfare and biosecurity considerations, live livestock cannot normally be returned.

Equipment and accessories may be eligible for return where they meet the requirements outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
